After logged in, go to Settings tabs on the left. Under General tab there are general settings of your WebShop.

You can customize the general settings of your WebShop, such as shop bases location, selling area location and currency.

Step 1
After logged in, go to Settings on the left, look for Tax tab, and go to Standard Tab.

Step 2
Click Insert row to add new entry of tax.
You can specify buyer from which area (by country, state or postcode) will be taxed. Leave blank to apply the tax to all buyer.

In this example, we have 6% of tax named GST, and tax is also applied to shipping fees.

We can have Variations or Add-ons or both for our products.
But when do we use which of them?

Variations VS Add-ons

In short, we use variation when there is pricing different based on option, and we use add-on when there is pricing added when an option is selected.

For example, we are selling a T-Shirt, with variation of colors and sizes, but with add-on of “Custom printing text” option.

Different colors or sizes might cost different pricing, hence they are variation. While “Custom printing text” will add additional cost, hence it is add-on.

In this example, we will create an add-on, “Custom text printing” to our t-shirt product.

Step 1
When your are editing a product, scroll down to Product Data, and click Add-ons on the left.

Click on New Addon Group button.

In this example, we will create a variation product, which is a T-Shirt with variations of size and color.

Step 1
When your are editing a product, scroll down to Product Data, and Select Variable Product.

Step 2
Click Add to add custom product attribute.

Step 3
Click on Attributes.

Step 4
Enter attribute name, for this example, it is “Color”.

Enter values option of attribute, separate them with a pipe symbol, “|”.
For eg: “White | Yellow | Orange | Red | Blue | Black”

Check Used for variations.

Step 5
Click Save Attributes.

Repeat Step 3 to 5 to add other attribute such as size, collar and etc.

Step 1
After logged in, click on Member Price.

Step 2
Check Enable special discount for member.

Step 3
Select Discount Type, for member.
It could be percentage discount of pricing or a fixed amount discount.

Step 4
Enter Discount Amount.
If Percentage was selected in Step 3, discount amount will be the number of percentage;
If Fixed Amount was selected, discount amount will be the number of pricing amount.

Once logged in, you are redirected to Sales Report screen.
Or you can click on the Sales Report on the left menu.

Step 1
Go to Home page of your website
On the address bar type “/securelogin” at the end of your website address and click enter.

Step 2
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Login.
