Garlic, lemon and Bentong ginger are well known in reducing blood pressure and promoting cardio-cerebrovascular health. Garlic contains Allicin with strong anti-bacteria and anti-inflammatory effect. It is recognised by American Cancer Society (ACS) as the world’s most powerful plant with potential anticancer effect. It improves vascular elasticity and cleanses vascular by removing fat soluble waste from vascular walls. Ginger contains Salicylic acid, which aids in lowering blood fat, while prevent blood clotting and inhibit thrombosis. Lemon is rich in citric acid, vitamin C and antioxidants to sustain vascular health.
